Cadre (17-Week Hybrid)

Our flagship 17-week Cadre program is the most comprehensive ecological coach development experience available to law enforcement professionals. Combining an initial 2-day in-person orientation followed with bi-weekly online sessions, and culminating in a 3-day in-person capstone project, Cadre takes participants on a deep, sustained journey into the science and practice of coaching for skill acquisition, retention, and transfer as it applies to law enforcement. Over four months, participants master constraint-led design, representative learning environments, adaptive feedback, and strategies for changing training culture while receiving personalized mentoring from the Cop Coach faculty. Participants will demonstrate mastery through the real-world application of solving training issues within their own agencies. Cadre is reserved for those committed to becoming elite coaches and training leaders who will drive the future of law enforcement training excellence. Seats are limited to ensure an intimate, high-impact cohort experience.
